Telemedicine at Grand View Health

With Grand View Health Telemedicine, you can have a virtual appointment with a Grand View Health provider using your phone, tablet or computer. These appointments can be scheduled by:

  • Contacting your provider’s office.
  • Calling our Grand View Health Hotline at 215-453-4100, 7 days a week, 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Placing a request through the patient portal.

Getting Started with the Patient Portal

From a desktop or laptop, using chrome as your web browser, visit our patient portal at

  • Existing user? Enter Logon ID and Password, then click “Log On”.
  • New user? Just call us at 215-453-4850, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and we’ll take you through the few easy steps to sign up. Or click the “sign up” link and follow the instructions to create an account on your own.
  • Once in the portal, click “Appointments”.
  • Next, click “Schedule Appointment or Virtual Visit”.

From a tablet or smartphone, download the MEDITECH MHealth app:

  • To download the app, go to the Apple Store or Google Play
  • Install app.
  • Open the app.
  • Enable location services when prompted.
  • Choose Grand View Health.
  • Logon to the patient portal with your username and password. If you have not been set up for the patient portal, follow the new user instructions above.
