Coronavirus update: Masks will be required when entering Grand View Hospital beginning Sunday, April 5, 2020. Mask requirements at all other Grand View Health facilities will begin Tuesday, April 7, 2020.
To further assist patients of Grand View Health during the COVID-19 outbreak and, and reduce the need to travel to your provider's office, Grand View Health is now offering telemedicine appointments.
To schedule a telemedicine appointment, call the Grand View Health COVID-19 Hotline at 453-4100 or make a request through the MyGVH.org patient portal. Telemedicine appointments with Grand View Health providers are available Monday-Friday 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.

Communication through MyGVH.org patient portal (Meditech MHealth app)

How to access the Grand View Health Patient Portal
The free MEDITECH MHealth app makes it possible to access Grand View Health’s patient portal. You can host a video visit with a Grand View Health nurse practitioner or physician assistant using your smartphone, tablet or computer. Video visits typically take just 10 minutes and include a diagnosis and, if needed, prescriptions. Most health insurance plans cover telehealth visits.
When prompted, choose My GVH.org. (This is the patient portal)
Important: If you are new to Grand View Health or you don’t have an email on file, call215-453-4850 before proceeding to Step 2.
Step 2: Once you are on the MyGVH.org Patient Portal:
Enter Logon ID and Password
At main screen, click “Appointments”
Next click, “Schedule Appointment or Virtual visit” or make an appointment by calling the GVH COVID-19 Hotline: 215-453-4100. The Grand View Health Hotline is available seven days a week, 7:00a.m. – 7:00p.m.
