Grand View Health collects the following information from users:

Grand View Health utilizes information provided by the users to fulfill online requests, to process credit card payments, to respond to inquiries, and in other manners as permitted and required by applicable law. We encrypt billing, class and enrollment information.
User information may be utilized in manners which include, but are not limited to, the following:

Grand View Health makes every reasonable effort to ensure that personal information remains secure. Grand View Health attempts to prevent unauthorized access of personal information through the use of secure firewalls and other security technologies, including Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) technology.
Grand View Health endeavors to protect personal user information. However, Grand View Health cannot warrant or guarantee the security of any information transmitted through online applications or forms. The user provides any and all information at the risk of the user. Inquiries submitted by users may be discarded or archived depending upon the nature of the communication. As an alternative to providing personal information online, users may contact Grand View Health at (215) 453-4300.
Forms provided on Grand View Health’s website include newsletter sign-ups, appointment scheduling requests, general inquiries, and payment options. The information required to complete each inquiry or transaction is noted on each form. Although security measures are employed to protect the transmission of information, Grand View Health is not responsible should an unauthorized party gain access to confidential information shared by a user.
NEWSLETTER / PRESS RELEASE/ NOTIFICATION SUBSCRIPTIONS
If a user subscribes to a newsletter, periodical, press release, or other notice published by Grand View Health and distributed by email or RSS feed, Grand View Health or its authorized third party service provider will maintain the user’s email address in a private distribution list unless and until the user elects to unsubscribe from such notifications.
Grand View Health may request personal information from users in order to deliver materials requested by the user or to respond to information requests initiated by the user. Grand View Health keeps personal information on file but does not share, sell, license, or transmit this information to third parties or external vendors, except as set forth in this policy, and unless required to do so by law or in order to provide services to the user. Users are hereby advised that email is considered to be a non-secure form of communication that may be viewed or accessed by others without the knowledge or permission of the user. Grand View Health recommends that users do not utilize email to communicate any information that the user considers to be confidential.
The Grand View Health website uses “cookies” and other data collection technologies to track the number of times the website has been accessed and obtain information about users. Cookies are small files that can be transferred to a user’s computer by a website. Cookies may be used to monitor how often a user visits a website and what activities are engaged in by the user while on the website. This information may be used to assist Grand View Health in monitoring how its site is used and to help improve the website. Information about the activity of individual users is also collected. For those users who have subscribed to receive notifications, publications, or updates via email, reports may contain personal information.
Some sections of the Grand View Health website may require login identifiers and/or passwords. Grand View Health may engage reputable third party vendors to provide services to help manage the website, manage its database, send email communications, provide content and information, and to interact better with patients, users, and visitors.
