MyGVH.org Portal at Grand View Health

With Grand View Health Telemedicine, you can have a virtual appointment with a Grand View Health provider using your phone, tablet or computer. These appointments can be scheduled by:

• Contacting your provider’s office.
• Calling Grand View Health at 215-453-4100, 7 days a week, 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Placing a request through the www.MyGVH.org patient portal.

How to use the www.MyGVH.org Patient Portal

From a desktop or laptop, using chrome as your web browser, visit our patient portal at www.MyGVH.org:

Existing user? Enter Logon ID and Password, then click “Log On”.

• Once in the portal, click “Appointments”.
• Next, click “Schedule Appointment or Virtual Visit”.

New User? Fill out this form below and you will be sent a one time username and password within 2 to 3 business days. If your email address is already on file with Grand View Health, click the signup link and follow the instructions to create an account on your own.

From a tablet or smartphone, download the MEDITECH MHealth app:

• To download the app, go to the Apple Store or Google Play
• Install app.
• Open the app.
• Enable location services when prompted.
• Choose Grand View Health.
• Logon to the patient portal with your username and password. If you have not been set up for the patient portal, follow the new user instructions above.
