Making drug testing more convenient
Does you company require a drug screen for pre-employment, random or post-accident testing? Workplace Health & Wellness at Grand View is now offering walk-in hours for drug and alcohol testing (Sellersville location only). No appointment necessary. Photo ID is required.
Walk-in hours
Walk-ins are welcome at our Sellersville location (4 Lifemark Drive in Sellersville) Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. If you need an earlier and/or later time or prefer our Harleysville location, then please call 215-453-4941 to schedule an appointment. Please note that priority will be given to individuals with scheduled appointments.
Employer Authorization Form
With the addition of our walk-in hours, employers are encouraged to complete the Employer Authorization Form. This form can be sent with the employee/applicant when he/she reports for testing or the employer can fax it directly to our office at 215-453-4719 prior to testing. While this form is not required, it does help to ensure that your employee and our staff know exactly what services should be provided at the time of his/her visit.
