Grand View Hospital and Foundation Boards Welcome New Officers and Trustees

The Grand View Hospital Board of Trustees has announced the appointment of a new Vice Chair, while The Grand View Health Foundation Board announced the appointment of a new Vice Chair and the election of seven new trustees. The announcements were made at the Grand View Health Annual Meeting held last evening.

Marc Freeman, MD, was elected Vice Chairman of the Grand View Hospital Board. Dr. Freeman is a board-certified anesthesiologist who practices at Grand View Anesthesia Associates in Sellersville. He earned his medical degree at Temple University School of Medicine and has served on the Grand View Hospital Board since 2016.

Diane Brown was elected Vice Chair of the Grand View Health Foundation Board. Brown recently retired from her longtime role as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Penn Community Bank in Perkasie. She has worked in the financial industry for 40 years and has served on the Grand View Health Foundation Board since 2020.

New trustees of the Grand View Health Foundation Board, with terms expiring in September 2028, include:

Frank Gallagher, Ed.D. Superintendent of the Souderton Area School District. Dr. Gallagher has served the district since 2001 in various roles, including Principal of Lower Salford Elementary School and Assistant District Superintendent. He’s a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Gwynedd-Mercy College.

Chris Hayes, Mayor of Dublin Borough and Senior Vice President and General Manager at Prognos Health. He’s spent more than 28 years in the healthcare industry, including more than 24 years in business-to-business sales in the pharmaceutical industry. Hayes is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds his MBA in Healthcare Administration from La Salle University.

Floyd Herman, MD, a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with Lansdale Plastic Surgery. Dr. Herman also sees patients at Grand View Wound Care Center in Sellersville. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine.

Mary Lingenfeldt, Esq., a Certified Civil Circuit Mediator with Florida Mediation Group. She is a graduate of the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University.

Walter Murphy, President of Pro Com Roofing and Construction Services in Sellersville. He’s a graduate of Phil-Mont Christian Academy and Delaware Valley University.

Mike O’Malley, President at MOAB Training International in Kulpsville. O’Malley is a specialist in personal safety training and homeland security. He is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania.

Tim Swartley, Financial Advisor with FIFS Capital Advisor Group. Prior to joining FIFS, Swartley spent 20 years in various roles with Univest Bank and Trust Company. He is a graduate of Eastern Mennonite University.

The Grand View Hospital Board is comprised of community members and medical staff. It provides oversight of Grand View Health and is charged with carrying out the system’s mission of “leading our community to a healthier future.” Robert Loughery is Chair of the Grand View Hospital Board.

The Grand View Health Foundation Board provides oversight for the Grand View Health Foundation, which raises funds to improve the health and wellness of residents in Bucks and Montgomery counties. Tricia Brown O’Hara is Chair of the Grand View Health Foundation Board.
