Kim Pultorak, PT, DPT, has been promoted to the newly created position as Director, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) and Special Projects, effective immediately.
For nearly eight years, Kim has performed admirably as the Manager of PMR. She’s played a key role in the department’s growth and expansion, including expanding services to our new PMR location inside the Grand View Health Center for Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery in Colmar.
Kim has more than 20 years of experience at Grand View Health, including time spent as a Clinical Supervisor in PMR. Beyond her clinical work, she’s participated in multiple program management educational activities, including our Code Blue Redeployment Program, our hospital and community COVID-19 vaccine clinic, and our Crucial Conversations leadership training. Kim is also a member of the steering committee that’s guiding the collaboration between Grand View Health and Doylestown Health.
In her new position, Kim will help undertake new growth initiatives and onboard new services.
Kim is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Temple University.
