Jillian Laudenslager, MBA, BSN, an accomplished nurse leader, is the new permanent Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at Grand View Health.
Laudenslager takes over the role after having served as Interim CNO since March. She replaces Cindy Westphal, who left the organization in early 2023.
Laudenslager joined Grand View Health in 2018 as the Director of Surgical Services. In that role, she oversaw operations for the hospital’s first da Vinci robotic surgery system. She also onboarded new surgical service lines, operationalized 24/7 staffing, and led her teams in readiness to implement care inside the hospital’s Level II Adult Trauma Center upon its opening in July 2021. In August 2022, she was promoted to Senior Director of Nursing
Since becoming Interim CNO in March 2023, Laudenslager has led the successful transition and implementation of nursing care inside The Pavilion at Grand View Health, the brand-new, six-story facility on the hospital’s main campus in Sellersville. As permanent CNO, Laudenslager will be responsible for leading clinical services throughout all of Grand View Health.

Prior to joining Grand View Health, Laudenslager spent ten years in Surgical Services and nursing leadership roles at Lehigh Valley Health Network.
Jillian earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue Global and earned her MBA from Western Governors University. She lives in East Greenville with her family.
