To achieve these national awards, Grand View Health cancer program has completed rigorous evaluations, performance reviews and compliance with standards that reflect a commitment to high-quality, comprehensive and patient-centered cancer care.

Advanced Teams and Technology, Conveniently Located

At Grand View Health, our specially trained physicians are committed to providing patient-centered care through the use of advanced diagnostic services, clinical trials, and educational programs. We are here – close to home – to lead you or a loved one diagnosed with cancer on a journey to healing.

Leveraging advancements in technology, we provide a sophisticated linear accelerator for mapping the exact location of a tumor and conforming to its size, shape and volume, allowing physicians to administer higher doses of radiation in a shorter amount of time, while sparing nearby healthy tissue. As a result, patients need fewer, shorter radiation therapy sessions.

Patient navigators, nurses, social workers, dietitians and specialty-trained therapists from the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department provide supportive care for patients throughout their cancer treatment and beyond.

The Cancer Genetic Risk and Prevention Program offers genetic evaluation and counseling services to individuals and families who may be at an increased risk of developing certain cancers. Hereditary cancer risk may be linked to more than one type of cancer.
