Thursday, August 2, Get Fit with a Doc welcomes Dr. Jenn Landes of Grand View OB/GYN Associates. Dr. Landes will discuss genetic cancer testing. Genetic testing helps estimate your chance of developing cancer in your lifetime. Join us and learn what genetic tests are available and for which types of cancer.
As always, the presentation will begin at 5:30 pm in the pavilion at James Memorial Park, West Rockhill Township. Please remember to check-in and to fill out your raffle ticket. This week’s recipe is Asian Quinoa Salad. This recipe calls for seasonal summer vegetables that you may readily find in your garden or at the farmer’s market.
