The experienced professionals within the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program at Grand View Health will create a program designed specifically for you that consists of education, exercise and breathing re-training. After evaluating your medical history and lifestyle, our respiratory therapists, occupational therapists, pharmacists and social workers will design your individualized program, typically consisting of 24 ninety-minute sessions.
A physician’s referral is required for admission into the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program. Please consult with your doctor to see if he or she thinks the program is right for you.
Medicare, Medical Assistance and most major insurance companies cover all or part of the cost of Grand View Health’s Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program. We encourage you to contact your insurance company for information regarding your coverage.
