What is the Patient Portal?
Grand View Health is proud to announce an online tool that allows patients to access their healthcare information easily and securely. MyGVH.org will allow patients to electronically manage their own health record as well as their dependents health records.
MyGVH.org will provide patients with:
Health Information: Lab, Radiology & Cardiology Results, Visit History, Discharge Instructions and a Health Summary
Allergies and Medications: Allergies and Conditions, Immunizations and Medications with Instructions
Appointments: Appointment Requests as well as Upcoming Visits
There are Two Ways to Sign Up for Patient Portal:
1 – Self Enrollment: In order to electronically self-enroll, Grand View Health must have your current email on file. Click here to begin the electronic enrollment process. For families with more than one person using the same email address, each individual must complete a separate enrollment form.
Bring your completed form to Patient Registration or the Health Information Management Office to get signed up. ID required to complete enrollment. Enrollment process will be completed no later than 3 business days.
Within 3 business days you will receive an email with your one-time user name, password, and link to the Portal.
Click on the link to access the Portal.
Enter your one-time user name, password, and security question and click Log On.
Enter your new user name and password.
