We have received a number of phone calls regarding the movement of Bux-Mont Gastroenterology Associates to St. Luke’s Physician Group. As noted in a letter sent to patients, medical records will be transferred to St. Luke’s unless patients notify Bux-Mont Gastroenterology Associates by written request.
