Is my contribution to Grand View Health Foundation tax deductible?

Grand View Health Foundation, Grand View Health and Grand View Hospital are all not-for-profit organizations.  If you itemize your deductions, your gift is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

What do I put on the check?

Checks should be made payable to Grand View Health Foundation.

How do I make a gift in honor of a doctor or caregiver?

Let us know the name and contact information of the person being honored, and we will notify them of your gift.  We do not report the amount of your gift.

How do I make a gift in memory of a friend or loved one?

Let us know the name of the decedent and the name and contact information of a family member you wish to be notified.  We will advise the family of your contribution.  We do not report the amount of your gift.

How do I make a donation to Hospice?

Your check should be made payable to Grand View Health Foundation.  On the memo line write “Hospice.”  If your gift is in memory of someone, add a note with the name of the decedent, and also include the name and address of a family member who should be advised of your memorial gift.

How do I ask for contributions to be made to Grand View in lieu of flowers?

We suggest the following for public notices: “In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be mailed to Grand View Health Foundation, 700 Lawn Avenue, Sellersville, PA  18960, or by going online at www.gvh.org/tribute-gift.” 

The family can choose to direct memorial gifts to a specific area of care.
