If you have trouble submitting your form online, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Try using Google Chrome browser. If you do not have Chrome you can download it here: www.google.com/chrome.
  • If you are submitting the form using your phone, try using a desktop or laptop computer instead.
  • Be sure to clear your browser cache. This process varies depending on the type and version of web browser you are using.
  • If you are using internet explorer, try turning off “compatibility view” for Google. Turning off compatibility view differs depending on what version of internet explorer you are using:
    • IE 10
      • In Internet Explorer, press the Alt key to display the Menu bar, or press and hold the address bar and select Menu bar.
      • Click Tools and select Compatibility View settings.
      • Select google.com under “Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View.”
      • Click Remove.
    • IE 9
      • In Internet Explorer, press the Alt key to display the Menu bar, or press and hold the address bar and select Menu bar.
      • Click Tools and select Compatibility View settings.
      • Select google.com under “Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View.”
      • Click Remove.
    • IE 8
      • In Internet Explorer, open the Tools menu at the top and select Compatibility View Settings.
      • Select google.com under “Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View.”
