If you have trouble submitting your form online, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
Try using Google Chrome browser. If you do not have Chrome you can download it here: www.google.com/chrome.
If you are submitting the form using your phone, try using a desktop or laptop computer instead.
Be sure to clear your browser cache. This process varies depending on the type and version of web browser you are using.
If you are using internet explorer, try turning off “compatibility view” for Google. Turning off compatibility view differs depending on what version of internet explorer you are using:
IE 10
In Internet Explorer, press the Alt key to display the Menu bar, or press and hold the address bar and select Menu bar.
Click Tools and select Compatibility View settings.
Select google.com under “Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View.”
Click Remove.
IE 9
In Internet Explorer, press the Alt key to display the Menu bar, or press and hold the address bar and select Menu bar.
Click Tools and select Compatibility View settings.
Select google.com under “Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View.”
Click Remove.
IE 8
In Internet Explorer, open the Tools menu at the top and select Compatibility View Settings.
Select google.com under “Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View.”
