Every other week, our dietitians will email you two weekly menus. The menus have been constructed to help you lose weight by following a balanced diet. By pairing a balanced diet with regular exercising, you will be on your way to a healthier lifestyle and move towards a healthier weight.

By following our dietitians’ tips and menus for 50 weeks. Every other week, our dietitians will email you two weekly menus. The menus have been constructed to help you lose weight by following a balanced diet. You will also need to exercise 30-60 minutes on most days of the week in order to achieve optimal weight loss.
I have special dietary needs. Can I participate in this program?
