This hands-on series, led by a certified Infant massage instructor, benefits both parents and babies. During this three-session program, parents will learn benefits including alleviating baby’s discomfort and improving their sleep and blood circulation which aids in the infant’s development. Infant massage also allows for an increase in bonding which can decrease the mother’s stress hormones allowing for better milk production. This class can be taken prior to birth or a few weeks after your baby has arrived, babies up to six months of age are welcome.
