2022 Duck Derby

Mother nature provided a beautiful day on September 18, 2022 as fans lined the banks of the creek by the Sellersville Fire Company and duck catchers were standing by to assure all 2,000 ducks were safely rescued at the finish line of our first-ever Duck Derby.

Nearly $15,000 was raised to support the hospital. Thank you to our sponsors, the entire flock of volunteers from the auxiliary and Head Duck, Pat Schuck.

The Lucky Ducks who took home cash prizes are:

• 1st place – $1,000 – #1251 – Lauren Aurelia
• 2nd place – $500 – #1022 – Janice Hunsberger
• 3rd place – $250 – #574 – Pat Benner
• 4th place – $100 – #1700 – Martene Histand
• 5th place – $50 – #1692 – Larry & Wanda Giachetti

We’re grateful to everyone who supported the Grand View Health Auxiliary and our hospital by adopting a duck for the 2022 Duck Derby.
