Grand View Health staff, clinicians and friends gathered at the Indian Valley Country Club on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 for the  13th Annual David M. Flowers, MD, Symposium & Excellence in Cardiology Award Presentation. The award honors the outstanding work of Dr. Flowers, a cardiologist who succumbed to cancer at 48 years of age. This award is intended to forever inspire caregivers who share Dr. Flowers’ commitment to excellence, dedication to patient care, and community service.

The 13th Annual David M. Flowers, MD, Excellence in Cardiology Award was presented to Diane Roberts, Business Development Manager and Medical Staff Liaison at Grand View Health. Diane was chosen due to her hard work and dedication towards the success of Grand View’s community health initiative and cardiology wellness program, “Get Fit With a Doc.”
