Volunteering and Giving
Volunteers and Auxiliary Members
Volunteer opportunities are available to adults as well as students. Adults have a variety of job assignments to choose from – providing patient support as well as tasks that assist staff and visitors. Students can learn about the hospital and health care firsthand through the VolunTeen program. Teens must be 14 years of age and may volunteer on Saturday mornings or during summer months. For more information about volunteer opportunities, contact Volunteer Services at extension 4619. The Grand View Hospital Auxiliary welcomes men and women of all ages.
The membership is composed of a diverse group of individuals whose talents are recognized and used for Auxiliary projects, such as the Corner Cupboard Gift Shop, Festival of Lights, Golf Tournament, Night at the Theater and Geranium Sale. Our purpose is to assist in fund-raising and public relations for Grand View Hospital. For membership information, call the Auxiliary Office at 215-453-4381 or visit the volunteer page.
Gifts and Bequests
To maintain our high standard of patient care, Grand View has depended on financial support from a variety of sources for nearly a century. Residents of the community have proven to be faithful supporters of the extensive charitable work of Grand View Hospital.
Gifts may be designated for a specific purpose or program at Grand View or may be applied to the general needs of the hospital at the direction of the Board of Trustees. A gift may be given “in memory of” someone deceased or “in honor of” someone living.
For complete information about contributing to Grand View Hospital, call the Development Office at extension 4297 or click here.
