Grand View Medical Practices at Sky View brings the medical care that has always been associated with Grand View Hospital to the residents of Souderton and surrounding areas. Our office, conveniently located on Bethlehem Pike has three doctors, Jennifer A. Butler, MD, John B. Junod, MD and Tracey L. Roesing, MD. We are a family oriented practice and will get to know you and your entire family. Our small professional staff provides you with friendly and personal care.

Hours
Day and evening hours are available including 24-hour coverage for weekends and holidays.

Monday.........8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Tuesday.........8:00 am - 9:00 pm
Wednesday ...8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Thursday.......8:00 am - 9:00 pm
Friday ............8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Services Provided

  • Physical exams (annual, work, pre-op, travel, sports, school, drivers’ license)
  • Annual gynecological exams
  • Routine medical care for high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, anxiety, depression and other chronic conditions
  • Cancer screening – skin, colon, prostate and breast
  • Well child care – newborn to adolescent
  • Behavioral modification, including smoking cessation

  • Electrocardiograms (EKG)
  • Pulmonary function testing
  • Immunizations – pediatric/adult/travel
  • Hearing tests
  • Pap smears
  • Allergy shots
  • Minor skin surgery (moles, biopsies, cysts)
  • Liquid nitrogen therapy for warts and benign skin growths

Our Physicians and Staff

Jennifer Butler, MD
Dr. Jennifer Butler is board certified in family medicine. She received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and a bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.

Dr. Butler was chief resident during her final year of residency at Abington Memorial Hospital. She was also a team physician for Jenkintown and Springfield High Schools.

Her professional interests include geriatrics and women’s health. She resides in Glenside with her husband.

John B. Junod, MD
Dr. John Junod has been a board certified member of the American Board of Family Practice since 1989. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Abington Memorial Hospital after receiving his medical degree at Temple University School of Medicine and a bachelor of arts degree at LaSalle University in Philadelphia. Dr. Junod has been affiliated with Grand View Medical Practices since 1999 after 10 years in private practice in the Doylestown area.

Dr. Junod’s professional interests within Family Medicine are: newborn and pediatric care, adoption medicine, cancer screening and preventative medicine.

He resides in the Doylestown area with his wife and two daughters. His personal interests include photography, classical and jazz music and spending time with his family.

Tracey L. Roesing, MD
Dr. Tracey Roesing is board certified in family practice. She is a member of the American Medical Women’s Association, the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine, American Medical Association and Pennsylvania Medical Society.

Dr. Roesing received her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann University in Philadelphia and completed her residency at Abington Memorial Hospital. She earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from James Madison University in Virginia.

Dr. Roesing continues to volunteer at Drexel University Medical School as a mentor for female medical students.

She resides in Ardsley, where her personal interests include running, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.


The following information summarizes some specific information about our office that you may find helpful.

Insurance
We accept Medicare and most commercial insurance plans including Aetna, AmeriHealth, Keystone, Personal Choice, Medicare, Cigna, Independence Blue Cross, and many others. Please check with your insurance company if you have questions.

Referrals
If you are a member of a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), your health plan may require you to obtain a referral from your family doctor before seeing a specialist. When requesting a referral, please call with the date of your appointment, your specialist’s name and phone number, the diagnosis and any procedures needed. Our office requires 72 hours to process your request, so please call us at least three working days before your scheduled appointment with the specialist.

Medication Refills
Most medications can be refilled over the phone without seeing the doctor. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to refill maintenance medications.

Test Results
Most results are available 48 to 72 hours after the test is completed. Please call to discuss the results with the nurse or doctor. Do not assume that because you did not receive a call that the results were negative.

Emergency Care
Please contact our office during regularly scheduled office hours and one of our physicians will be available to address your urgent medical needs. After hours, call the office for instructions on how to contact the physician on-call. In life threatening situations, call 911 immediately.

If you have an emergency or health problem that could be life threatening, please go immediately to the nearest emergency room or call 911. Please call our office as soon as you are able.
