Grand New You
A weight management and healthy lifestyle program.

Many people have difficulty maintaining a healthy weight and think healthy eating involves strict diets and meticulous calorie counting. It doesn't have to be that way. If you are ready to begin the journey towards a healthier lifestyle, we can help.

Grand New You, a weight management and healthy lifestyle program, has helped many people successfully make positive changes in their lives. Many of our greatest success stories are those who were able to make a few small changes that had a significant impact on their overall health and well-being.

Grand New You
Grand New You is a 10-week weight management and healthy lifestyle program that will help you take the steps towards a healthier and more active life. Grand New You classes are led by a Grand View Hospital registered dietitian and a certified lifestyle and weight management consultant.You can join the program at any time.

Grand New You includes:

  • Weekly class offered at convenient times
  • Meal plans designed for you by a dietitian
  • Food journaling
  • Exercise tips
  • Healthy lifestyle and stress management skills
  • Helpful handouts and recipes
  • Optional weigh-ins

Grand New You Plus Fitness
Grand New You Plus Fitness is a supervised fitness program available to anyone participating in Grand New You. Grand New You Plus Fitness complements the Grand New You program and offers a fitness program designed by exercise physiologists and registered nurses. The program, held at Grand View Hospital's Cardiac Rehabilitation & Fitness Center, has helped many people lose weight, lower their cholesterol and make positive changes in their lives.

Grand New You Plus Fitness includes all of the components of Grand New You plus:

  • Weekly, supervised exercise sessions
  • Personalized fitness programs
  • Fitness and health evaluations
  • Risk factor screenings
  • Progress reports for you and your physician
  • Activity and exercise journals

Tuesdays

- 10 - 11 am; GVH Cardiac Rehab Center
- 11:30 am - noon; GVH Cafeteria Conference Room (Express class at reduced cost)
- 5 - 6 pm; GVH Harleysville Outpatient Center, Upstairs Conference Room
- 6:30 - 7:30 pm; GVH Harleysville Outpatient Center, Upstairs Conference Room

Thursdays

- 5:30 - 6:30 pm; GVH Cafeteria Conference Room
- 7 - 8 pm; GVH Harleysville Outpatient Center, Main Lobby

Grand New You and Grand New You Plus Fitness are safe and effective programs that are of benefit to everyone including those with the following conditions:

Even if you have certain health concerns or medical conditions, you can still safely participate in Grand New You and Grand New You Plus Fitness.

Grand New You Fees
$120 per 10-week session. Grand New You Plus Fitness can be added to any of the listed class times for an extra fee. Call for pricing and availability.

Registration/Insurance
Prepayment is required for all programs and is non-refundable. Class times and prices are subject to change to meet programming needs. Check with your insurance provider about reimbursement for both Grand New You and Grand New You Plus Fitness.
