Grand View Hospital is committed to providing the residents of Bucks and Montgomery counties with comprehensive services to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer. For half a century, we have provided the community with the latest treatment options and sophisticated technology. When cancer enters one’s life, great comfort can be found in the familiar and routine. We’re pleased to provide treatment options and physical and emotional support in a recognizable location that’s close to home.

Through our affiliation with nationally recognized Fox Chase Cancer Center, we can coordinate the provision of specialized services, including the most up-to-date cancer medications and treatments. In addition, Grand View physicians and surgeons have gained access to a national network of clinical studies to enhance their expertise and provide additional treatment options to patients, including some of the most promising clinical trials available today.

The Fox Chase affiliation is a continuation of Grand View’s commitment to cancer care that dates back to the early 1950s, when we were a leader in the use of chemotherapeutic agents-drugs specifically developed for the treatment of cancer. In the mid-1960s, Grand View was the first hospital in the area to offer radiation treatments in the form of cobalt therapy.

Today, Grand View is the only area hospital to offer patients access either to chemotherapy, radiation therapy or both at one convenient location. Our services include a dedicated medical surgical/oncology inpatient unit, an outpatient infusion and chemotherapy center, radiation therapy, including IMRT and prostate seed therapy, and the latest diagnostic and treatment technologies available.

Certified by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer, the Regional Cancer Program at Grand View Hospital includes board-certified medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgeons, chemotherapy-certified nurses, oncology-certified nurses, certified radiation therapists, certified medical dosimetrists, radiation physicists, a breast care coordinator and a clinical research coordinator. Our multidisciplinary oncology services include medical and radiation oncology, surgery, pathology and radiology.
