Health Promotion and Wellness

The primary goal of Health Promotion and Wellness at Grand View Hospital is to promote the health and wellness of members of our community and to prevent disease. This is achieved by identifying community health needs, offering programs on disease prevention, helping to recognize and treat existing disease, and supporting those with chronic illness. Programs include:

Physician Referral

The Physician Referral Service of Grand View Hospital can direct you to area physicians who are highly qualified, and have privileges at the Hospital. Our staff has gathered information about each of our participating doctors so you can make an informed choice based upon each physician’s specialty, experience, and approach to health care practice. This service is provided FREE of charge as an outreach effort to our community. Let Grand View assist you in selecting not just a qualified doctor, but the right doctor for you.
