Beginning Mediation - Learn meditation skills using relaxation and breath, and understanding of how it affects consciousness levels (taught without religious affiliation).
Massage - Modalities include: relaxation, Swedish, therapeutic deep tissue, hot rocks and pregnancy massage.
Pilates - This full-body conditioning program improves strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscle symmetry.
Tai Chi - The slow, graceful movements of Tai Chi can improve balance and coordination as well as increase muscle mass and endurance.
Weight Management (Grand New You) - A specialized weight management and healthy lifestyle program at Grand View Hospital.
Yoga - Reduce stress, improve your breathing and become a more relaxed you. Traditional poses & postures, flowing movement. Can adapt to a variety of levels and skills.
Yoga for Cardio - This class will heighten your attention to your body while bringing your heart rate up safely, sustaining it and bringing it down safely.
