VolunTeen Program

The VolunTeen Program at Grand View Hospital is designed for teenagers who are at least 14 years old. As part of the program, teens receive hands-on volunteer experience and become familiar with the hospital setting while assisting our staff members. VolunTeens work on Saturday mornings throughout the year and Monday through Friday during summer vacation.

  • Saturday Morning Program: VolunTeens complete a variety of tasks such as transporting patients, staffing information desks and aiding patients.
  • Summer Program: VolunTeens are assigned to a specific department to help staff with tasks and projects.
