Vascular Care at Grand View Hospital

Grand View’s vascular services, a component of the Cardiovascular Center of Excellence, provides expert diagnosis and treatment of circulatory diseases and disorders.

Working with interventional cardiologists, interventional radiologists, and vascular surgeons, we treat conditions affecting the veins and arteries, including:

  • Aneurysms
  • Carotid artery disease
  • Peripheral vascular disease

We offer both traditional surgery and minimally invasive techniques to:

  • Repair aneurysms
  • Open blocked arteries
  • Save limbs

We also treat chronic lower extremity conditions, such as thrombosis, phlebitis, varicose veins, and problem wounds.

Vascular and Diagnostic Imaging
Diagnostic services consist of invasive and non-invasive imaging of the arterial, venous, and lymphatic systems – including:

  • Angiography
  • Computed tomography (CT)
  • Diagnostic ultrasound and duplex scanning
  • Magnetic resonance angiography (MRA)
  • Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
  • Spiral CT

Endovascular Procedures
Interventional cardiologists, interventional radiologists, and vascular surgeons employ less invasive endovascular methods to treat even the most complex vascular conditions.

Vascular Surgery
Surgeons use surgical treatments when less-invasive endovascular procedures are not appropriate.

Wound Care
The Grand View Wound Care Center provides expert care for non-healing wounds, which may be caused by vascular disease, poor circulation, diabetes, or other conditions.
