How it Works
To send a personalized greeting to a patient at Grand View Hospital, click here. Your greeting will be printed on decorative paper and a Grand View representative will deliver your message to your friend or family member. This service is available for patients who have been admitted (have a room number). Greetings will not be delivered to a patient if they have been discharged prior to delivery.

Delivery Schedule
Greetings are delivered Monday through Saturday. Greetings received by 2 pm (Eastern Time) will be delivered the same day. Messages received after 2 pm will be delivered the next day (excluding Sunday).

Patient Confidentiality
To ensure patient privacy, your greeting will be delivered in accordance with the patient confidentiality guidelines of Grand View Hospital.

This service is not secure. Please do not e-mail confidential, personal or financial information.

We do not guarantee delivery of greetings, although we make every reasonable attempt to deliver greetings. Patient care is always our first priority.

If a message is undeliverable or received after a patient is discharged, the message will be shredded or discarded. No record is kept of messages – delivered or undelivered.
