Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program at Grand View Hospital

Grand View's Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program is designed to help you relieve symptoms of chronic lung problems, increase your health and fitness and improve your quality of life. It is accredited through the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVRP).

Who Benefits from Pulmonary Rehabilitation?
People who benefit the most from pulmonary rehabilitation usually include those with chronic lung problems:

A Program Designed Just for You
The experienced professionals within the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program at Grand View Hospital will create a program designed specifically for you that consists of education, exercise and breathing re-training. After evaluating your medical history and lifestyle, our respiratory therapists, occupational therapists, pharmacists and social workers will design your individualized program, typically consisting of 24 ninety-minute sessions.

Program Admission
A physician's referral is required for admission into the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program. Please consult with your doctor to see if he or she thinks the program is right for you. Fees & Insurance
Medicare, Medical Assistance and most major insurance companies cover all or part of the cost of Grand View Hospital's Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program. We encourage you to contact your insurance company for information regarding your coverage.
