Acute Care Service
The Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Department is staffed with a team of therapists trained to meet your specific rehabilitative needs while you are a patient at Grand View Hospital.
Inpatient Rehabilitation Service
The Grand View Hospital team is proud to offer an 11-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit to eligible patients. Those in the inpatient rehabilitation unit receive full nursing and physician services in combination with intense therapy to achieve the highest level of function possible after illness, injury or surgery.
Outpatient Service
The Grand View team also provides rehabilitation on an outpatient basis.
Location
The Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Outpatient Department is located on the first floor of the Grand View Hospital Outpatient Center at Sellersville.

Insurance
The Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Department accepts most major insurances including Aetna, Blue Cross, Amerihealth, Medicare and Medicaid. Please contact your insurance company with specific questions about your coverage.
Prescriptions
A prescription from your physician is needed for all therapy evaluations and treatment. Please bring your prescription with you to your first appointment.
Referrals
Some insurance companies require a referral from your primary care physician. Please contact your insurance company with questions regarding referrals. Referrals should be made out to Grand View Hospital Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department.
