(September 23, 2010) Sellersville, PA – Grand View Hospital is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Keen to the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Grand View Hospital and Grand View Health Foundation. Keen is succeeding Greg Wuerstle, who is retiring from Grand View after 34 years of devoted service.

“Mike Keen comes to Grand View with an interesting and valuable mix of experience,” said Stuart H. Fine, President & Chief Executive Officer. Keen has served since 2004 as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Bayshore Community Health Services in Holmdel, New Jersey. Prior to that, he served for ten years as a Manager and then Senior Manager with the accounting and consulting practices of Ernst & Young, LLP, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Before entering public accounting and consulting, Keen worked 12 years at Philadelphia’s Nazareth Hospital, first as a clerk and ultimately serving as Controller.

Keen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Temple University and his Master of Business Administration degree from La Salle University. He resides in Churchville with his wife Lisa and their two children.
