‘Festival of Lights’ Dedication Ceremony Being Held Wednesday, December 1 at Grand View Hospital
(November 30, 2010) Sellersville, PA – The community is invited to participate in the 27th Annual Festival of Lights dedication ceremony to be held Wednesday, December 1 in the Main Lobby of Grand View Hospital. The program will feature holiday music by StillSmallVoice and The Clarinetwork, a reading of the names of loved ones being honored, lighting of the trees in and around the hospital campus, and refreshments.

Nearly 10,000 lights will illuminate the trees on the Grand View Hospital campus this holiday season, creating a fairy-tale like setting made possible by thousands of donations over the years in honor of loved ones. Making a minimum $20 donation to Festival of Lights through January 15th provides a festive way to recognize someone special. Anyone can help illuminate the trees on the grounds of the hospital by making a contribution to:
  • Memorialize someone special;
  • Honor a person or organization;
  • Recognize a cancer survivor; or
  • Celebrate the birth of a baby

All funds raised by this Grand View Hospital Auxiliary event become part of a gift to support special projects at the hospital, including the emergency department expansion.

The media is invited to attend.
