(June 15, 2011) Sellersville, PA – As its June meeting, the Grand View Hospital Board of Trustees officially granted medical staff privileges to the following physicians:

Adeel Azam, MD, specializing in Radiology, completed his internship at Lehigh Valley Hospital and his residency in Radiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He earned his medical degree at Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Azam is an associate of GVH Radiology Associates, Sellersville.

Kimberly Smith, MD, specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology, earned her medical degree at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Smith is an associate of Stoneridge OB/GYN , Sellersville.
