Grab Your Sneakers for the Merry-Go-Run 5K and Family Fun Walk/Run Benefitting Grand View Hospice
Racers and walkers will cover a flat and scenic route beginning in Menlo Park, home of the Perkasie Carousel. The course continues over the east branch of the Perkiomen Creek, through one of Bucks county’s oldest covered bridges, around Lenape Park, and up a hill before finishing at the popular carousel at Menlo Park, near 3rd Street and Park Avenue. The event will be held rain or shine.
A day of fun is planned with free food at the finish line for all participating runners and walkers, as well as free carousel rides for the community on horses and chariots of the beautifully restored Perkasie carousel. The carousel will be open from 10 am to 5 pm. Pets, alcoholic beverages, and smoking are not permitted in the park.
