Over 400 Plants Purchased at Annual Poinsettia Sale at Grand View Hospital
|(December 07, 2012) Sellersville, PA – More than 400 beautiful plants in a variety of sizes and colors from red, pink, and white to Cortez burgundy and cinnamon star, were sold to employees and members of the public over a two-day sale. Proceeds from the fundraiser organized by Grand View Health Foundation netted approximately $1,200 and will become part of the Annual Giving Campaign that supports hospital projects and technology investments. The poinsettia sale has taken place at Grand View Hospital every Christmas season for the past 20 years. The plants were grown with great care by Daryl and Phil Rice in their Bedminster greenhouses.
