GVH Presents the Maybelle Peters Award
(May 14, 2010) Sellersville, PA – Grand View Hospital awarded the 2010 Maybelle Peters Award to volunteer Ray Steil, Perkasie, at the annual volunteer appreciation luncheon on April 29. The Maybelle Peters Award is the most prestigious award a volunteer can receive at Grand View Hospital. Cardiologist Mitchell Greenspan, MD sponsors the award in memory of Maybelle Peters, the late wife of deceased Grand View physician Michael Peters, MD.
Ray has been volunteering at the hospital for over 13 years and has contributed over 4,300 hours of service. He was honored for his exceptional dedication, reliability and humble manner; he seeks no recognition for his efforts. |
