Medical Cardiologist and
Chief of the Division of Cardiology

As Chief of Cardiology at Grand View, Dr. Hermany heads medical cardiology. He received his medical degree from Temple University Medical School. Dr. Hermany completed his residency in internal medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital and his fellowship in cardiology at Temple University Hospital. He is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiology and is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

Interventional Cardiologist and
Co-Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory

Drs. Walton and Kleaveland lead the interventional cardiology services provided at Grand View. Dr. Walton received his medical degree from Hahnemann University, where he also completed his internship and residency. He completed a fellowship at the University of Southern California. Dr. Walton is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology.

Interventional Cardiologist and
Co-Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory

Dr. Kleaveland is a graduate of Columbia University Medical School. He completed his internship and residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and his fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. He is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology.

Coordinator of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory

Deborah coordinates Grand View Hospital’s Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. She brings 19 years of cardiac catheterization experience to her role. Deborah received her cardiovascular credentials as a registered cardiovascular invasive specialist from Cardiovascular Credentialing International.

Manager of Cardiology, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Cardiac Testing

Laurel manages several services for patients with heart disease. Laurel earned her registered nursing diploma from Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. She received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Eastern University at Saint David’s and her master’s degree in community health administration and wellness promotion from the California College for Health Sciences. She is a member of the Association for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and the Tri-state Society for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.

Heather Belott, RN Manager of Telemetry
Heather, who has 15 years of critical-care experience, manages several nursing units and programs that care for patients with diseases related to heart and other cardiovascular diseases. These include Grand View’s 61-bed telemetry unit. Heather received her bachelor’s of science degree from Bloomsburg University and is currently enrolled in a master’s of science in nursing degree at Drexel University. She has her certification in critical-care nursing and is a member of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses.

Terri Shoultes, RN Manager of the Intensive-Coronary Care Unit
With more than 30 years of experience in critical-care nursing, Terry manages the Intensive Coronary Care Unit (ICCU) and the IV team. Terry received her nursing diploma from Allentown Hospital School of Nursing and her bachelor’s in nursing from Gwynedd Mercy College. She maintains a certification in critical-care nursing and is a member of the American Association of Critical- Care Nurses.

Vascular/Endovascular Surgeon

Dr. Flatau is specially trained in vascular surgery, as well as minimally invasive endovascular surgery. He received his medical degree at the University of South Florida, where he completed his internship, residency, and fellowship. He is board-certified in general surgery and vascular surgery by the American Board of Surgery.

Interventional Radiologist

Dr. Martin is specially trained in interventional radiology. He received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Martin completed his internship at York Hospital and his residency and fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University. He finished a second fellowship at Yale – New Haven Hospital. Dr. Martin is certified in radiology, and vascular and interventional radiology.

Vascular Care and Stroke Program Coordinator
Denise coordinates Grand View’s vascular services, as well as the Stroke Care Program. Denise received her nursing degree from Montgomery County Community College. She has earned her Neuroscience Registered Nurse Certification (CNRN) and is a member of the American Association of Neuroscience Nursing. Prior to her role as stroke coordinator, Denise was the rehabilitation coordinator at Grand View’s acute inpatient rehab unit.

Medical Director of the Stroke Care Program

Dr. Buckler is medical director of Grand View’s Stroke Care Program. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. He completed his internship at Brown University-Roger Williams General Hospital and his residency at the University of Massachusetts Hospital. Dr. Buckler is board-certified in psychiatry and neurology.
