From Grand View Hospital and From All points North Exit GVH, turn left onto Lawn Avenue. Turn left onto Route 309 South. Follow 309 South for 7 miles. Turn left onto Line Lexington Road, in 1/10 miles turn right onto County Line Road. Follow County Line Road for 3 miles and turn left onto Horizon Drive and then right onto Horizon Circle.

From the Philadelphia International Airport Exit the airport and take I-95 South for 3 miles to I-476 North - Plymouth Meeting, which branches off to the right. Follow I-476 North for 15 miles until it runs into the PA Turnpike. Take exit #20 (PA Turnpike E/I-276 East) toward New Jersey (toll).Travel 4 ½ miles to exit #339 (PA-309, Philadelphia/Ambler) Merge onto PA-309 North toward Ambler. In 7 ½ miles, turn right onto Stump Road. In 2 ½ miles, turn left onto County Line Road and then after 1 more mile, turn right onto Horizon Drive and right onto Horizon Circle.
