Grand View Hospital, in affiliation with Lehigh Valley Health Network, offers the services of obstetricians specially-trained to manage high-risk pregnancies. Known as perinatologists or maternal fetal medicine specialists, these obstetricians offer outpatient appointments at Grand View and provide consultations to patients in the hospital.  Please note that you will need an order from your obstetrician/gynecologist to receive services.

The maternal-fetal medicine practice is located on the first floor of Grand View Hospital just inside the outpatient entrance. Patients should drive into the main hospital entrance and park in Visitor Lot A or B. They should enter the Main Lobby Entrance and report directly to the Patient Registration desk before proceeding to the maternal-fetal area. 

 Hours

Patients should arrive for their first appointment approximately 20 minutes early and should anticipate appointments to be one to three hours in length. 

Please note:

• We are unable to allow more than two guests per patient room
• Due to HIPAA concerns and scheduling constraints, we are unable to allow rotating guests through the appointment
• Children under the age of five are strongly discouraged due to the private nature of the exam, the potential for sensitive discussions, and extended appointment duration.
